Cyclopacking the Sooke Hills - p/b Brodie Bike's Meat Hornland

Our good friend and co-consiprator Matt "Meat" Hornland seems to have rattled some screws loose.

Historically a fixie-kid turned roadie, Matt has backed off the mental bolts after a few seasons of high-level cyclocross racing and some time ripping hardtails on the north shore. This evolution in dirt has him gearing up for the Oregon Outback.
3 days, 584km, self supported, and offroad.

In an effort to fine-tune packing, gear and trail riding techniques, Meat, an employee for Brodie Bikes collaborated with Clay Webb, Stuckylifer and outdoor adventure extraordinaire.

Clay's route took them on an overnight bikepacking trip from Victoria out to Shields Lake in the Sooke Hills via the excellent Terranova trail.
Aeropress coffee, Phillips beer, and dehydrated Pad Thai was consumed. Carbon race shoes were killed. Epic vistas were discovered.
