Cyclocross Camp

If you are planning on stepping it up this year or just want to get your cross on now, check out the attached poster and info on the Aug 18/19 Cross Camp being put on by crosser extraordinaire Craig Richey:
Cross Camp Victoria BC August 18/19

Craig Richey shares his knowledge from two seasons of racing the World Cup Cyclocross circuit in Europe.
Currently ranked 84th in the world Craig won the UCI Beacon Cross race in New Jersey and is a two time member of the Canadian Worlds Team.

Beginner Course Saturday August 18 (9am to 2pm)
Designed for a rider that hasn't done a lot of cross riding/racing or an experienced rider looking for a detailed refresher.
Course Includes:
Bike & Equipment Setup
Training for Cyclocross
Racing Strategy
Practice Starts
Mounting and Dismounting
Bike Carrying Techniques
Cornering with Speed
Cyclocross Skills Game

Advanced Course Sunday Aug 19 (9am to 2pm)
All the tricks and secret techniques to help you ride/race your cross bike faster and more efficiently than you ever thought possible.
Course Includes:
Equipment Race Setup
Race Tactics
Passing Techniques
Hopping Obstacles
Run or Ride Decisions
Advanced Dismounts/Mounts
Sand Riding
Cyclocross Skills Game

Juniors can register for half price. Proceeds help fund Craig's season. Lots of draw prizes.

Each day is $80 or enjoy a full weekend of Cyclocross for $150
